What can we set in motion for you?

Plastics at their best – for more than 60 years

Founded in 1944 by Franz Morat Jr., F. Morat has been producing customized injection-molded parts from engineering plastics since 1963. This makes F. Morat one of the pioneers of this technology. The automotive industry developed into one of F. Morat's most important sectors early on. The first automotive part produced was a gearwheel for the windshield wiper of the legendary Opel Kapitän A in 1965.

Ever since, F. Morat has focused exclusively on the automotive industry, supplying it with technically sophisticated injection molded parts and complete assemblies for a wide range of applications.

Philosophy

We think globally and are rooted locally at the same time: a modern, internationally oriented high-tech company that is still connected to its founding location in the Upper Black Forest and is now in its 6th generation of family management. We draw strength from our origins: because only those who are firmly anchored can make a difference. And that is what we do, every day anew. The high technical level is not only maintained, but continuously expanded - training and further education is a crucial core issue - the trainee retention rate of 100% and a fluctuation rate of less than 1% prove that the human factor is actually lived. This enables special cooperation across all departments in the company, which pays off directly for our customers: flat hierarchies, direct communication and therefore quick and mature decisions.

Career

In order to meet the constantly changing demands of the market, we are constantly on the lookout for motivated and well-trained employees. We also attach great importance to training and further education. Take a look at our careers page - you are sure to find the right job for you among our wide range of offers.
