- We continuously invest in basic research: With our own empirical database for gear design and our own gear testing rig, we test a wide variety of combinations of gear geometries and materials under the umbrella of the Franz Morat Group.
- We optimize gear geometries to your specifications. Alongside target specifications such as load-bearing capacity, efficiency, installation space and noise performance, we also take other factors such as warpage and shrinkage characteristics into account.
- We select the most suitable material from a large range of technical thermoplastics and high-temperature plastics. In combination with suitable fillers and reinforcing materials, we are able to build extremely lightweight and high-performance components and systems.
- When developing injection molding tools, we take into account injection-molding-friendly part design from the very beginning, enabling us to identify and correct injection-molding-critical issues even during the tool design phase.
