  • We optimize gear geometries to your specifications. By combining different materials, we can achieve the desired specifications with respect to load-bearing capacity and installation space, as well as weight, noise performance and efficiency.
  • We select the most suitable material for your needs from a large number of different metals such as steel, aluminum and various non-ferrous metals and a broad spectrum of industrial thermoplastics and high-temperature plastics. In combination with suitable fillers and reinforcing materials, we are able to develop high-performance gears that are also lightweight.
  • We not only develop the gear parts but also the associated injection molding tools. This means that we focus on the design of injection molded parts from the outset and are able to identify and correct critical issues related to injection molding during the design of the molding tools.
