Production

An ideal product becomes a success only if all of the workflows mesh perfectly like the teeth of two gears. This is why a component passes through a multi-stage process at F. Morat before it ever reaches series production. This starts with the first project discussion where the product-specific properties are defined in coordination with the customer. That is followed by production and assembly after the mold is prepared and set up. Everything is possible, from a small plug contact to a complex housing with internal gearing to a complete drive unit. By accompanying production with quality control every step of the way, we achieve maximum process reliability and quality. We have been certified in accordance with IATF 16949 since 2014 in order to meet the growing requirements for documentation, transparency and efficiency.
